Our program package is focused on Health, Education and Adaptive Livelihoods in what we call the “HEAL” strategy.
What we do
At Rwenzori Youth in Development Network, we empower young people with education and mentorship. We empower their families with resources to be food and income secure. We do this connection through their meaningful participation in agriculture
Health
We promote access to safe water supply, hand washing, proper waste management, menstrual hygiene, raise awareness and build capacity for behavior change.
Education
We empower orphans and vulnerable children and youth to stay in school by supporting their families with income-generating opportunities, education funding, and skills development.
Adoptive Livelihoods
We empower Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs), youth and their families with agricultural resources and skills to boost income, food security, and economic resilience.
Safeguarding
We ensure that children and young people live free from harm, abuse, and neglect. It is an integral part of delivering on our program strategy and mission
